ugh. bad morning. i hate hormones and the monthly thing that they do to my body. much pain. much nausea.
aleve and heating pads are the bomb, but mostly it just takes time. the nausea lingers, but i’m now also feeling very, very hungry. joy.

craziness on the rails today. some kind of weird power outage means i came in through Hoboken and i’m going home the same way. not really a fun thing, but sometimes it’s good to shake up the routine a bit. it made me cranky anyway and i’m not sure where to get the PATH. ugh.
