watched the debates last night. i’ll not rehash the whole thing, just sum up by saying that my decision was reaffirmed in a big way.

i just feel bad for poor ‘joe the plumber’.

the debate follow-up show on msnbc had already interviewed joe about what he thought just a scant hour later. when i went to bed, just two hours after the debate, a google search already turned up 14,900 hits for the exact phrase ‘joe the plumber’.

it must have been a surreal experience when both mccain and obama looked right into the camera and address poor ol’ joe directly.
