brain is tired and turned to mush. i bet even a zombie wouldn’t want it in this state.
i don’t like talking about work in here. generally, my job is exactly the same from day to day, with minor variations and i’ve no reason to blog about it. this week has been no different, except that it has been resizing/restructuring ads but now with MORE INSANITY!
basically, i have been asked to do things to the ads that are well past what nature intended. around here we call them franken-ads. (like frankenstein, get it? maybe not.) this is beyond just adding copy and tweaking here and there. this has been major restructuring. this is like taking a house and deciding you want to put the bathroom in the garage instead of upstairs, then just ripping the thing out and shoving it in. INSANE!
anyway, enough of that. i just had to vent for a moment.
in other news:
the who scarf is stalled until i can purchase the missing colors. hopefully next week when payday hits. it’s only three skeins, so hopefully doable. until then i shall be working to get a few other knitting projects further along. i’m determined to finish my wrist warmers before it gets cold enough here to wear them. i have a feeling i’ll be living in them this winter as i love the color and feel of the yarn as i work.
and that’s it. thought i had more to say, but whatever it was is gone now.
off to be a chocolate zombie. i need to restoke the creative fires so i can do fun things when i get home.
