yup. i’m hibernating.

let me just say that vacation time is the bomb. i wish it went on a bit longer. yeah, i’ve still got a few days left and hopefully i’ll be able to keep my head about me when i go back, but i’m doing my best to honestly not think about work.

not a hell of a lot has been accomplished this week. went to the dentist on monday and the amount of work that needs to be done on my little mouth is staggering. other than that i’ve done two loads of laundry and a bit of work on the secret projects, but that’s about it.

oh, and the robin hood marathon is in full swing. i’ve watched the douglas fairbanks silent adaptation from 1922, the errol flynn from the 30’s, and the sean connery, middle-aged robin from the 70’s. tonight will be the disney cartoon and possibly the keira knightly disney ‘princess of thieves’ (not as cheezy as it sounds, trust me).

i’m debating doing a big chart with the characters and how they change in the different adaptations and such. at the very least, i’m going to write some kind of review post when this is all done. i’m sticking to the movies at the moment. there’s three different television shows as well, but i’m thinking of hitting the new dr. who first, but we’ll see.
