i forgot to post again last night. dammit. oh well, onward we go.

yesterday not much happened. futzed around doing not much of anything yesterday at work, as often happens when i have a particularly trying week. last night i was able to get some quiet time and pulled out the tai chi dvds and got to work a bit, only to get a little discouraged and look for a teacher, only to find that the ones near me all have classes that i can’t get to because of work. blech. so, back to the dvd solution for me.

today has turned out much better, thus far. got up and felt pretty rested after dreaming of my father’s mother (mom’s mom has been visiting again lately as well, or at least her representative cardinals have). it’s nice to know my grandmothers are both looking out for me.

after a nice little breakfast, i went out into the beautiful day we’re having (after crazy rain yesterday) and got the whole side garden weeded and loosened up for flowers. upon finding a small wasp nest, my weeding of the front stopped and i finished off with weeding the beautiful hosta beds on the other side of the house. i wore my back brace and didn’t even feel a single twinge. huzzah for me!

came in the house all sweaty and did some more tai chi, then hopped in the shower. huzzah endorphins, i feel really good right now.

so, now i’ve finished cleaning up itunes and have set to work on the secret projects. i have a wonderful cup of white tea before me, accompanied by a tasty blueberry scone. i feel decadent and happy and relaxed.
