don’t actually have much to say, but since i’m trying to blog more regularly, here i am. :D

oh, here’s some news: i got adobe creative suite CS3 in the mail the other day. haven’t had enough time to really dig in and explore yet, but just the knowledge that i now have the most current versions of photoshop, illustrator, dreamweaver, flash, acrobat and indesign fills me with geeky joy.

also treated myself to premiere elements, which totally rocks for a $100 piece of software. have i mentioned lately that adobe owns me heart and soul?

it’s been a bit too busy at work of late to get much creative stuff done, which is probably contributing greatly to the bummed-out mood i’ve been in lately. a while back i could count on mondays, tuesdays and friday afternoons to be almost all dead time and therefore fun with art time, but now i only seem to squeak some time out of mondays.

what that all really means is that i need to budget my time at home more wisely, something i’ve never been good at.

anyway, slowly but surely i’m making headway with all my projects. there’s a part of me that would love to do some writing sometime soon as well, but i’m just not sure when the focus i need to do it will resurface.

okay, enough rambling. back to work.
