i’ve been a baking fool. three different kinds of cookies, three very long, very tiring evenings. the people i love better love these damned cookies. oh, and just for the record? double batches of three kinds of cookies really is more than enough for everyone.

the cookies are:

chocolate snaps from an internet recipe (remember them? they were awesome.)
peanut butter cookies, courtesy betty crocker
and coconut creams. i’m proud of these. i used the 1928 edition of the fanny farmer cookbook. the directions for baking were ‘bake in a moderate oven’. no temperature, no cooking time. they came out just fine. i rule.
