hi peeps!
it’s me!
just thought it was high time to make a little posty here.
lots going on and nothing going on all at the same time.
here’s a quick run down in reverse chronoligical:
saw keith jarrett. amazing show. i felt all cosmopolitan for about 30 seconds being in the same audience as bruce hornsby before i was wisked off to another plane of existence by the music floating from a single piano and a man so caught up in the muse that he effused noises and moved off his seat.

my birthday was sunday. i turned 30 and it’s okay! went to the renn fest, ate pie, ate noodles, napped and opened a shitload of presents from my wonderful family. i’m listening to ray lamontagne as i write this. thank you kids, it was lovely!

saturday was spent partly at home and partly with the parentals for said birthday celebration. it was a nice, peaceful day. got yarn and a decent sum of money with which i plan to buy craft and art supplies.

i can’t really remember much further back than that at the moment. the writing is plugging along. i’ve been in a bit of a slump, but i still have lots of good ideas. had my period last week and i think that contributed greatly to my lack of get up and go.
